What am I installing?
You are installing one or more application usage licenses (YouSendr Message, YouSendr Email Verification and YouSendr Bulk Email) that enhance the functionality of Google Sheets to perform your automated message triggering through your Gmail account (which is mandatory to use this application) and monitor your views, clicks and responses.
How does the YouSendr license work?
The license is granted to the email that was granted permission. It is non-transferable, that is, if you have your email deleted, canceled, inactivated or blocked, you must purchase a new license for your new email.
Why do I have to grant multiple permissions to my Gmail account?
The permissions are essential for YouSendr to be able to carry out the automations in your email account, which are:
- View your settings and email messages
- View your email messages when you interact with the add-on
- View your email messages when the add-on is running
- View and modify without deleting your emails
- We use these permissions to:
- Check emails sent by YouSendr
- Check the rejection of emails sent by YouSendr
- Check email responses sent by YouSendr
- We use these permissions to:
- Send email on your behalf
- Send email as yourself
- We use these permissions to:
- Send emails from your Gmail account
- We use these permissions to:
- Allow this application to run when you are not present
- We use these permissions to:
- Send scheduled messages from your Gmail account
- Monitor views, clicks and responses of messages sent

- Connect to an external service
- View and run third-party web content in prompts and sidebars within Google apps

Failure to grant these permissions will block your Gmail account from using YouSendr.
What are the main features of YouSendr solutions?
Within Google Sheets, you can create lists with custom fields (which are the columns). This data is loaded into YouSendr so that you can define message templates with custom variables (which are taken by the fields created in Google Sheets). From the templates, you can trigger messages to your contacts through your Gmail account and monitor views, clicks and responses.
Do I need to pay to use Google Sheets and Gmail?
Google has the option of having a free account @gmail.com or paying @yourdomain.com. You can check out the free options at gmail.com and pay at workspace.google.com.
Does YouSendr only work with Google Sheets and Gmail?
Yes.
I don't have Gmail, can I use YouSendr?
No.

How long does my license last?

Can I share YouSendr with others?
Google Sheets allows you to share your spreadsheet with other users to update data and run YouSendr applications under their licenses. However, the only user who can fire is the owner of the spreadsheet.
Can I share my license with others?
No.
How many emails can I send per day?
If you have a free Gmail account, up to 500 emails are allowed per day. If you have a paid Gmail account, up to 2,000 emails are allowed per day. These limits may be changed without notice to protect Google’s infrastructure. Daily limits are applied over a continuous 24-hour period instead of at a specific time of day.
Can I send more than 500 emails a day to my free Gmail account?
No.
Can I send more than 2,000 emails a day to my paid Gmail account?
No.
Why did Gmail block my email from being sent?
If you have exceeded your Gmail account limit, in 24 hours you will have your limits reset and can send emails as normal.
If you have violated the Gmail program policies, it is likely that your account has been temporarily blocked. In this case, you should contact Google support.
Why are my emails falling into SPAM?
All emails sent by YouSendr are triggered through your Gmail account. Any suspicion of sending unwanted emails by your contacts, they can report as SPAM and your domain and email are penalized by the Gmail program policies. In this case, you should contact Google support.
